Bulldog Pizza & Grill has been a local favorite for generations. Founded in August of 1986 by UMD alum Ken Wright, Bulldog Pizza & Grill has grown to be a neighborhood family restaurant and popular college hangout. Their secret? Great pizza, a friendly atmosphere, and their delicious zesty red sauce.
While the pizza will always be a classic, the restaurant has seen many changes over the years. Following their move to their current site, they added pasta to the menu and a full service grill. Already double their original size, Bulldog Pizza & Grill continues to grow and change to fit the needs of the community. This includes supporting other local businesses by buying regionally.

As of Septmeber 2025 Bulldog pizza has new owners, Bob and Sonja Jones. The Jones are comitted to upholding the values and traditions the Wright's created. We are excited to carry on the Bulldog legacy!
